- Preheat Oven at 350
- In a medium-large bowl add your stick of butter at room temp, brown and white sugar. Mix with an eletric mixer
- Add the egg when the butter and sugar are complelty combined. Mix with mixer.
- Add the flour, baking soda, salt and vanillia to batter. Mix with mixer untill completly combined.
- Add the peanut butter and oats. Mix again.
- Add chocolate chips and stir in with spoon.
- I use an ice cream scooper but a spoon would work also when putting dough on sheet. I also lay down parchment paper.
- Cook for 8-10 mins
