Place the florets in a food processor and Add the mushrooms to the food processor and pulse until broken down to rice-size pieces. - In a suitable deep pot, coated with ghee at the bottom, we start arranging 3/4 of the fried cauliflower on the bottom then, add 1/2 the amount of meat on top
- Add 1.5 cup of water
- Add the basmati rice, the cumin and salt to taste
- Bring the pot to a boil then cover & simmer for 25-30 minutes on low heat until the rice has fully cooked and is fluffy
- When ready to serve, flip the pot over the serving dish. Garnish with the remaining meat & cauliflower.
- Serve hot next to you’re choice of salad or refreshing yogurt

Break some angel hair (or birds nest) vermicelli into small pieces and fry them with some butter until they turn red. Then add to your rice cooking pot, mix well and let simmer.
