  2. Heat water in a big kadai. Place greased plate in a round baseless mould. Now add oil,baking soda & baking powder and mix well and pour batter in greased plate cover with lid and steam for 10-mins. On high flame.
  3. Mix well boiled & smashed potato, cheese spread and pizza masala. Spread on unmoulded carved Dhokla logo and garnish with roasted in oil mustard.
  4. Fill the remaining potato mixture in piping bag with star nozzle. Decorate with stars and edible ❤ beads and serve YUMMY red lentil Schezwan Dhokla in a plate.
